𝟭: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺?
Jay: I was born in the Philippines and grew up in London.
Roxanne: I am originally from the Philippines, born and raised in Spain, currently based in London.
𝟮. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿?
Jay: We met at my first ever brand photoshoot years ago! We managed to stay in touch and reconnected again recently.
Roxanne: We met at a photoshoot, my first shoot ever, Jay was the photographer and I was one of the models, crazy to think that 7/8 years later we are still doing by the same thing.
𝟯. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿?
Jay: Reassuring that if and whenever she needs me, she knows I’m there. Believing in each other and genuinely supporting each other through words & actions.
Roxanne: I just know if i ever needed a photographer, model or stylist i know who to go to and it works vice versa. He knows I got him, from photoshoots to even bleaching and dyeing his hair 🤣
𝟰. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 ‘𝗢𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝘀’ 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
Jay: That you have your own wins and your time will come, whether it be on your own accord or with the people who’s with you.
Roxanne: it means owning yourself and being proud of it, no one else will have your back as much as you do for. So make sure not matter what you do in life you do it for yourself and not for others or what society expects from you.
𝟱. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲/𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Jay: “tough times never last but tough people do!” I find this quote so relevant to now, humorous yet speaks facts!
Roxanne: “your condition is not your conclusion” whatever you are going through in life, setbacks are temporary not permanent.
𝟲. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲/𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Jay: “Being Busy”. I prefer to use being productive. Being busy is frantic while being productive is focused.
Roxanne: ‘You’ll be fine” “you’re going to be okay” - anything that people use to make you feel better but it’s easier said than done.
