5 Ways To Stay Motivated
As we come to the end of the first month of 2021, many of us may have felt a lack of motivated, especially considering the on-going pandemic. That’s why we have come up with 8 ways to stay motivated and make 2021 your year!
Set yourself a goal for February
This could be finishing the book your reading, working out 4 days a week or re-organising your bedroom. Whatever it is, it’s good to keep goals so we can see how far we have come!
Everytime you achieve a goal this year, why not treat yourself for it! This will motivate you to finish it and releases some good endorphins. This could be something as small as a facemask, or a new tracksuit set, check out the Cagecity London ones!
Create a Vision Board
This is a great thing to do at the start of each month. Find images of what you want your life to look like, what inspires you and some inspirational quotes and put them all together on a vision board. A quicker way of doing this is creating it on a Pinterest board, that way you can continuously add to it. Then whenever you feel a lack of motivation, just check out your board to give you that extra push.
Update your Playlists
Take the time to give your playlists a bit of TLC. Add songs that get you hyped up, feeling your best self and like you can conquer anything!
Getting outside daily is so important, whether it be on a social distanced walk with a friend or doing a workout in the fresh air it is an essential part of your daily routine to keep you motivated during this lockdown.
