We offer UK returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
International returns we offer within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method (if a refund is applicable).
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy;
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Mystery bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, this includes transfer of fake tan, make up and perfume.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.

- Package the return up and include a note of your name, order number & items returning.
