We offer UK returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

International returns we offer within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method (if a refund is applicable).

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy;

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Mystery bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, this includes transfer of fake tan, make up and perfume.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Please email us at info@cagecity.london. Please include your order number which you would have received via email when you placed the order (check junk too). Please note the name of the product to be returned.
Package the return up and include a note of your name, order number & items returning.

Take the parcel to the post office, and return to the address we provided.
Retain your proof of postage
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund. The original tags and packaging should be present as well as the item being in a re-saleable condition.
